Nurturing and Connecting
Our mission is to come alongside individuals, families, and the community to help nurture where each individual is at in their journey. We believe in promoting healing and growth connection within relationships is an essential tool. We engage in collaborative partnerships in hopes of growing new insight, and owning emotions, experiences, and reaching self actualization.
We take a collaborative approach to nurture an individual's emotions, thoughts, body, mind and heart. We work hard to establish and provide a safe, caring connection and therapeutic relationship. We offer unconditional positive regard in a non-judgmental and supportive environment to help others grow.

Insurance
You may choose to file your own claim, or we provide convenient HIPAA-compliant billing services to your insurance company. The following insurances are accepted by select providers: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, Blue Plus, Cigna, Health Partners, UCare, Medicaid (MA), Mayo Employee Health Insurance (Tier 2 extended network), Medica, Optum, Preferred One, Quartz and United Healthcare.

If we are not covered by your insurance provider, or you are not using insurance, we offer an out of pocket rate of $150/hour.
Sliding fee scale payments are available upon request.
Missed appointment fee of $100/hour is charged for missed appointments or cancellation without 24 hours notice.
Applicable co pays and outstanding balances are due each month. Payment plans are available if requested.
